Purchase decisions based on value
When selecting what products to buy, you likely find yourself selecting from among features, benefits, and price. For services, the same thing. So when selecting among occupational health and safety consultants you might consider the following:

- Capabilities
- Code of Conduct
- Industry Knowledge
- Education
- Accessibility
- Support
What isn’t top of mind when creating such a list is price, because somehow when you get everything listed above your investment becomes ‘value’ based. When we work hard for our money we want to make sure that the people we do business with work just as hard to ‘earn’ our business.
